CATAN National Championship Local Qualifier Tournament
OrcaCon is hosting an official CATAN United States National Championship Local Qualifier Tournament. You must register for the convention before you sign up for the tournament. Got questions? You can email us directly at info@orcacon.org

We will have a full 64 seats available at this Qualifier tournament. The first 3 preliminary games will happen on Saturday, January 11th. The top 16 players will play again in the Semi-Final, single elimination to the Final game.
The Qualifier Winner will win a guaranteed seat at the Merchant Regional Preliminary event in Summer 2026, specific date and location TBD. The top 4 at each Regional Preliminary event will earn seats at the 2026 CATAN United States National Championship.
The 2026 United States Champion will compete in the 2027 World Championship, location and date TBD. The 2026 United States champion will also compete in the 2028 CATAN Americas Championship.

ELIGIBILITY: All participants must be residents of the United States and be 18+ years of age by the date of CATAN Nationals. Winners of 2025-2026 season Regional Qualifier Tournaments are not allowed to play in additional Qualifier events in the same Region.
